Freezing outside!

today I got up to hit the gym for a longer/hill workout. I got this one from Tina over at carrots and cake. It is a good one! 45 minute treadmill workout. It worked out to be around 4.25 miles. After that I did some front/side raises, skull crushers, inner thigh machine, back machine, and abs. Felt good! Then I walked back to my dorm and it is FREEZING outside.

For breakfast I made yet again a messy yogurt bowl. Today was Oikos blueberry, Optimum Slim (1/2 cup), raisins, banana, and spoonful of PB. Gotta go take a shower!PA010001
