Well, today I have my first 15k. I’m nervous! Last night I went to my parents house so that they can drive me to the race, and so I could get some sleep! I slept for 9 hours πŸ™‚

The race is at 3 p.m., so I had a big breakfast, and will probably have a smallish meal around 12:30 p.m. to tide me over till after the race.

This morning, yet another yogurt bowl:


1 container Fage 0%

10 peanut butter puffins (these are amazing!)

1/4 cup Kaishi GoLean

blueberries & strawberries


drizzle of honey & spoonful of peanut butter (smooth,natural)

Plus I had a grapefruit and some coffee. YUM!


Before the race I’m going to stretch and maybe do some homework. NERVOUS!!

Going to try and take some pictures and feelings on how it went!
