Relaxing day

Well, I love days when I don’t have to work 🙂

I finally headed out for a bike ride around 10, and got in 16.5 miles before calling it a day. It is around 88 today, but it feels amazing! My ride took me around an hour & 15 minutes, and burned around 700 calories.

Once back I cut up a watermelon from my dad’s garden and chomped away

After reading the Sunday paper for awhile, I made a small tasting plate. I had:

A carrot, few asparagus, a red potato, & cucumber slices dipped in laughing cow wedge +  piece of Panera honey whole wheat bread with some sunflower butter. Did the trick for now!

The rest of today will be spent packing, laying out, and hopefully some yoga later; I need stretched BAD!
